Yields 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 3-4 total
2 cups BBQ sauce
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Ground black pepper, to taste
Whole grain hamburger rolls
Directions:
Add chicken breasts to the pot of a standard slow cooker. Pour in the BBQ sauce, and add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Cover and set the slow cooker to high to cook in 4 hours or low to cook in 8 hours.
Remove the lid from the slow cooker. Take two forks and shred the chicken breasts completely. Once shredded, mix chicken with any residual sauce that remains in the pot. Serve on hamburger rolls with coleslaw, if desired.
