Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh cranberries
4 medium apples, any sweet variety, skin-on and finely diced
1/3-1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup water
Directions:
Add cranberries, apples, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a large pot and mix to combine. Pour in the water and stir.
Warm over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until cranberries are softened and begin to burst, and the liquid is thickened. Transfer to a serving bowl.
